How to reduce belly fat is a question that has been haunting most of us for a long time. But have you really found any solution as yet? What all have you tried? You must have tried a crash course in order to achieve that expected overnight weight loss. Or you must have spent hundreds or a few thousand of your hard earned dollars on slimming centers who did reduce the weight as they had promised but then the effect did not last very long. Or have you been trying to reduce belly fat by using all of those ‘ab-rockers’ which are being sold on television? But has all this really worked for you?
All of these things above really don’t work for long because they are all short term solutions to a life-long problem. Crash diets don’t work because you cannot keep your stomach empty for long and if you try to replace water with food it immediately gets ejected out of the body in the form of sweat or urine. Most of the weight loss centers don’t work because they concentrate on water reduction in the body. Most of them are able to achieve massive weight loss because water forms 75% of the body’s weight. Imagine what mind boggling results can be achieved by reducing your body’s water content by just 20%, albeit at the cost of your health, like as if the slimming center cares for it. As long you pay their bills they really don’t care. All those machines that promise to make your abs like those of Arnold Schwarzenegger in ten minutes a day for 5 days a week also don’t work because they just promise, and do not deliver much. You need proper and professional help if you really want to know how to reduce belly fat.
The first thing that you must be ready for before you ask anyone how to reduce belly fat is total abstinence of oily, fatty and junk food. These add only calories to your body without adding any real value in terms of minerals or vitamins. Also these high fat foods make your body sluggish thereby causing you tire faster.
It is high time that you shift on to a low calorie diet before consulting a professional about how to reduce belly fat. Start eating fresh fruits and veggies, sprouts, pulses and high roughage content food items like cucumber, tomatoes etc. All of these foods are high in vitamins, minerals and proteins and contain a negligible amount of fats and carbohydrates.
While there are hundreds of people selling diets online, we have identified some of the best and the fastest selling of them. Check them out before you buy any weight loss program online or offline -
1. Carb Rotation Diet
2. Fat Burning Furnace
3. Fast Metabolism
4. Warp Speed Fat Loss
Most of the weight loss programs also suggest mild to heavy physical exercise, so be prepared to run a few extra miles and oil your stationary cycle which has been lying in the garage for a few years now. Remember, no pain no gain.

In the future, when people cast a financial and historical eye back to 2007, one thing will clearly stand out, and that is the mortgage “meltdown” that came to a head during that year.
In truth, the full effects of this mortgage and lending crisis are yet to been known, even as I write this article in January of 2008. People are, however, beginning to toss the dreaded ‘R’ word around … Recession. And why shouldn’t they? Abroad, we are spending money we don’t have to fight the seemingly endless “war” in Iraq. While at home we are experiencing the so-called mortgage meltdown — the worst in recorded financial history. It sure smells like a potential recession.
But this article isn’t about recession. It’s about love.
You see, many people don’t realize that the mortgage crisis of 2007 is really a love story. In fact, there are many different types of love overlapping here. It’s just one big love-fest! Consider the following types of love that are present here:
- We American consumers love to buy, even when it’s not wise to do so.
- American corporations love to profit from the consumers who love to buy.
- Government officials love to be paid for the trouble of looking the other way.
Looking Back – A Love Story Unfolding
Through the mid 1990′s and early 2000′s, the number of subprime mortgage loans rose significantly. A subprime loan is basically a loan made to somebody who really shouldn’t be taking on the loan. But the loan is made possible out of love. The lenders love to charge high interest on consumers with bad credit, and those consumers lRove to buy things (in spite of their bad credit).
Some mortgage lenders fell so deeply with this type of lending (and the profits it produced) that they began to focus on it exclusively as a business model. Thus they became known as subprime lenders, and they saw this as a chance to outmaneuver competitors by extending loans to borrowers that their competitors were turning away.
Economists, who love the truth and the data that supports it, began to warn against this practice. So some states began to pass restrictions against certain types of subprime lending.
Ah, but those state politicians also love lobbyist dollars. So they found themselves torn between two loves — the love of doing the right thing, and the love of money funneled in from the mortgage industry itself. For example, consider the fact that Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger of California received well over a million dollars from associates of Ameriquest* (one of the largest subprime lending companies).
Incidentally, California is one of the states hit worst by the mortgage crisis. Lots of love in California!
So this is yet another example of a politician who loves to receive support from large corporations — corporations that, in turn, love to shape our country’s laws with some good old-fashioned greasing of skids. I loved Arnold in the original Conan movie, by the way, but I don’t love him so much as a Governor.
The Love is Spreading All Around Us
The love of money, buying, selling and lobbying has created a mortgage crisis of truly epic proportions. And like any good financial crisis, it has spread to other areas. When consumer lending tightens, business credit and financing usually follows suit. Just listen to what a recent New York Times article had to say about it recently:
“Credit flowing to American companies is drying up at a pace not seen in decades, threatening the creation of jobs and the expansion of businesses, while intensifying worries that the economy may be headed for recession.”
At the same time, we are seeing the dollar weaken against foreign currencies around the world. We should be alarmed by this! We should press for change! We should curtail spending! We should question the White House’s maniacal love for overspending on fruitless ventures like the war in Iraq. We should ask the question, “How long until the United States goes broke?” But there is another type of love that lulls us into complacency…
Politicians at the highest level love to offer encouragement by playing down the true severity of our financial crisis. They love to soothe us the way one might soothe a child who is teething.
And we just keep swallowing it right up. Because love is blind.

Listen everyone was a beginner at some point. Even the current Mr. Olympia had his first day under the iron. He started out in body building all confused and wondering if he would ever be benching 4 plates a side like the other heroes in his gym.
So you are in good company. Now the only problem with being a beginner is that it is so easy to get sidetracked and confused. So here are the rules to making real gains starting today.
Rule #1 Role Model
Find a role model that you can trust. Starting out with no knowledge is tough, so having a friend who has traveled a few years further down the path can be a real help. However, you should chose your role model wisely, If you are a hard gainer, who is going it drug free, then don’t choose the 250lb juicer as your go-to guy.
Understand?
Rule #2 Magazine Fetish
Hey I love the muscle rags just as much as the next guy, but be smart enough to understand what is going on with those things. There is a business being operated behind those glossy pages of rippled muscle.
Magazine publishers are peddling any information that will earn a dime. It is up to you to use your brain to figure out what is true and not. Get help from your role model if you have questions.
Rule #3 Avoid The Roids
I am not going to get on an anti drug kick, however I will say that jumping into drugs as a beginning body builder is an extremely dangerous endeavor. It is a move that is driven by fear, fear that you will never gain, fear that your body wont respond.
Rest assured that given the proper training and nutrition your body will respond. So make pact with yourself that you will not join the juicers. If you cannot make the pact forever at least hold off until you are FULLY aware of the risks versus the rewards.
Rule #4 Learn About Your Body
Hey its called body building right? So it might be wise to learn how you body works. This education will save you from tons of wasted time, wasted money and injuries.
For instance did you know that the primary motion of the biceps is to rotate the wrist? That’s right, it is not curling that stimulates the biceps but twisting the the wrist so that the thumb rotates away from the body (supination). How would that knowledge change your arm training?
Rule #5 Watch Your Form
The thing that will kill your muscle gain more than anything is injury. Injury can be avoided by using proper form. Proper form can only be learned by repetition. So force yourself to practice using proper form. Because believe me while using bad form may be dangerous at 60 lbs it is even more dangerous when you can lift 400 lbs. So now is the time to get it right.
Now if you would like to learn the actual advanced and beginners body building routines and nutritional secrets to get the you want then why not learn from a guy who has build an iron body naturally. You can check out his video and get his Muscle Building Course at the following site. It’s Free… Click Here > http://bodybuildingsecret.info

When you consider retiring from your business and handing it down to someone new and young, do you get nervous? This is a very common issue with business owners who consider passing their business down to a more youthful employee. Many youthful citizens have a tendency to be rebellious and very disobedient. This isn’t something all that new, but the numbers regarding this type of behavior seem to be increasing at an alarming rate. Maybe this is a sign that America’s schools aren’t quite doing their job. Maybe it’s just because the adults in children’s lives aren’t teaching them how to become responsible leaders. It is a very important thing for the youth of our nation to learn to be leaders and to start to plan for a successful future.
If we do not try to help our next generation of leaders, it could lead to disaster. There has been increasingly large numbers of young adults and this rise is projected to continue through at least the year 2015. With most of these young adults only having the attention span of a thirty second commercial and thinking that they already “know everything”, could they have a positive impact on the future workforce? Is there a way to prepare for the worst?
It is possible that if the workforce started to plan ahead for future generations of workers, started to teach, show, and even model the way for the next generation, it could build up confidence among the youth that is just entering the marketplace. By finding out more about current youth leadership research and studies and doing things like sitting down and having discussions with youth advocates, we might be able to find a way to stimulate youth leadership as well as produce a productive group of new workers.
Many young people need to have good examples to follow. Positive role models could be the key to success for when the next generation of people enter the workforce. For example, a young person sees an individual who seems to make a lot of money and appears to lead a great life. Later on, they may work to meet that goal and discover that it isn’t as great as it looked from the outside. No one took the time to lead this young person and he chose to follow. His unhappiness and disappointment in his own life may have been different if someone showed him how to lead instead of follow. It is so important for young workers to become great leaders and not followers.
Accepting young people into the workforce in order to learn all about the business they’re getting into and letting them shadow those with more experience may help. Sometimes taking an interest in an individual who may be on a dangerous path and giving him a second chance by teaching him the importance and rewards of hard work, you can have a positive impact on his life. Lead him and help him become a leader. Starting a program in your business or the business you work in to apprentice or hire some of these younger people can ultimately lead to structure in their current lives and success in their futures. You could teach them how to succeed.
If you are lucky enough and your company already has a program of that sort, you might be able to donate your time by mentoring. You might even be able to realize that it is a very important part of youth development. If the proper steps are taken, maybe this generation of youth will become a new breed of leaders that can handle the constantly changing world around them.
